In order for SM Cinema to provide this online service, we add a minimal charge as an online fee. By purchasing tickets online in advance, you are guaranteed a seat and avoid a sold-out showing.

Tickets purchased are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.

In the unusual situation that a movie is cancelled or the cinema is not able to operate, you will be entitled to a refund of your tickets. Your refunds will be effected through the same medium by which your tickets were purchased (credit card, debit card, or mobile wallets).

A block screening is a private rental for current theatrical releases. It follows the cinema’s current movie schedule.

A theater rental is rental for multiple use, e.g., parties and events - private, corporate and religious gatherings.

SM Cinema Club is the new Loyalty Program that lets you earn points when purchasing movie tickets and concessions online and on the app and can redeem these points for rewards such as movie tickets and concessions. SM Cinema Club allows you to buy load for your e-wallet or send gift cards to family and friends. Other SM Cinema Club benefits, which may change from time to time, may include discounts, special offers, newsletters, member-only emails and special events.

A Basic Membership lets you earn 1 point for every P50 purchase of movie tickets or concessions.

A Premium Membership lets you earn 1 point for every P25 purchase of movie tickets or concessions.

A Premium Membership entitles you to special gifts during your birthday month and exclusive seasonal offers.

You may use your points to purchase movie tickets or food at Snack Time at the branch.

You may only use your points over the counter at any SM Cinema branch.

You may redeem your points by presenting your club number to the SM Cinema cashier at the ticket counter for account and points balance verification. Upon verification, you may use your points to purchase movie tickets or food.

You may check your points earned on your SM Cinema Club e-wallet and redeem them on your next over the counter purchase.

Yes. Unused points (i.e. unredeemed points or points which were not utilized for purchases made through ticket counters) expire after twelve (12) months from the time they were earned. Unexpired points which were earned the earliest are used first when redeeming through ticket counters.

Your Premium membership will expire after 12 months from date of admission to the Premium membership program, unless otherwise renewed. Once your Premium membership expires, you will be automatically enrolled under Basic membership.

You may renew your Premium membership online via this website.

Your Basic membership shall continue and remain effective until you opt out of your membership.

Once your Premium membership expires, you will be automatically enrolled under Basic membership. Any unused load and unexpired points will be retained in your current membership.
