Do Min Joon was asked by his mother to help out in a project to restore a Buddhist prayer hall in a community in which he grew up. Do Min Joon decided to take his friends Balloon and First. The Ghost Mask Festival is a local festival to worship the spirits of ancestors, sacred entities that protect their offspring and bring prosperity and abundance. Do Min Joon, Balloon and First happen to be on holiday during the festival. They arrive to follow up on the restoration of a mural painting at a temple where Do Min Joon’s family is a patron. But the festival of virtue is tainted by bad karma when a mysterious blue-eyed man returns to demand Do Min Joon to fulfill his promise – the promise that he cannot recall when he made it or what it is about exactly. Do Min Joon is being terrorized by the new, mysterious Pee Nak spirit, while Balloon and First have no choice but to share the burden and prepare to join the ride into another terrifying adventure. The past has returned to haunt them. The virtue they once made and the sins they once committed will come back to shake their lives. This time, the fear is quadruple.
